To further reiterate his commitment to education, the Chairman of Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA, Hon Rasaq Olusola Ajala, has fulfilled one of his promises by issuing free GCE forms to students.
While distributing the forms to students at the council secretariat on 25th July, 2019, he stressed that the programme was aimed at ensuring that every child is granted access to education.
According to the chairman’s SA on media, Mr Babatunde Ilyas, this is an annual programme that the chairman had begun even while he was serving as a councillor in the Local Council Development Area.
Though it is free, beneficiaries of this programme had written a MOCK examination that qualified them for the free forms. Successful candidates among those who sat for the MOCK were at the council for the collection of the GCE forms.
