The assistantship programme is designed to engage exceptional postgraduate students by their various departments for teaching and research in the course of their study in the University.

Moti noted that the programme is aimed at supporting the students to advance their education through practice-based experiences, research, teaching, mentoring and development of their skills towards a career in academics.
