TIME TABLE FOR 2013/2014 ON-LINE ALLOCATION OF BED SPACES IN UNDERGRADUATE HALLS OF RESIDENCE
Biological Children of Staff – Monday, 3rd March, 2014 One day
Fresh Students – Tuesday, 4th March, 2014 One day
Health cases and Sports men – Wednesday, 5th March, 2014 One day
Ballot request – Thursday, 6th March, 2014 One day
Individual student applicants will obtain scratch cards from GTB and ECO Bank and be granted access to log in and download allocation dockets to be presented at the bank for payment.
All applicants are expected to make payments latest two (2) weeks from the date of the on-line registration (this will be indicated on the print out) after which the allocation will lapse.
There will be no extension of dates for all categories. Lobbying for change or rectification of lapsed allocations would not be entertained.
All requests are to be done electronically for ample bed spaces provided in halls of residence, while the beneficiaries of bed spaces in Emerald Court are excluded from Campus allocation.
Allotees who trade their bed spaces shall be referred to Students’
Disciplinary Board for appropriate sanctions.
All stake holders are expected to take note of these dates.
Sale of scratch cards will commence on Monday, March 3rd, 2014.
