MHR, Adeyemi Alli, Unveils Laudable Project, Supplies Furniture, Computers, Instructional Materials to Schools in Constituency

A member of the House of Representatives, who represents Mushin Federal Constituency 1, Hon Alli Adeyemi Taofeek, has unveiled another laudable project to benefit schools within his constituency.

While disclosing this in his office on Thursday December 10, 2020, Hon Alli stated that the project is imperative in order to further reiterate his commitment to positively transform his constituency.

Edugist gathered that MHR has unveiled several laudable projects, including provision of school buses for students within his constituency.

He maintained that the education of children in the entire Mushin Federal Constituency 1 remains his priority.

Some of the furniture items

The latest project unveiled was the supply of furniture, computers, textbooks and instructional materials to Bereola Primary School, Adeshina Street Fadeyi; ST. Martins Primary School at Damengoro Street; Muslim Mission Primary School at Shokunbi Street.

Others are Odiolowo Primary School at Ikeolu Street and Shyllon Primary School at Shyllon Street, Ilupeju.

Speaking about the project, Hon Alli explained that it is aimed at improving the academic performance of students and assisting the teachers in discharging their pedagogic duties efficiently.

“I must sincerely confess that the wellbeing of my constituents remains my utmost priority,” Hon Alli said.

“During the electioneering, several promises were made. Within a short period as a representative, a larger percentage of the promises have been fulfilled.

“It will be unscrupulous of me as a leader to jettison those promises. The fact remains that my constituents are wise people. It is incumbent on me to serve them better, to make a big difference in all areas — health, education, empowerment and other social intervention programmes,” he added.

He further explained that the ongoing school projects were being unveiled in batches.

He stressed that schools that are yet to receive those items will be contacted shortly.
